Prof. Hengyun Zhang is a distinguished professor at Shanghai Universities and senior member of IEEE. In 2001, he obtained a PhD in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has worked as a senior engineer and researcher at companies such as Singapore Microelectronics Research Institute and Adv. Micro. Devices. In 2014, he was appointed as a professor at Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology. Served as a member of the Technical Committee for ASME MNHMT 2016, IEEE EPTC2014-2023, and ISLBFS2021-2023 international conferences, leading and mainly participating in more than 20 national natural science, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission projects, and enterprise projects. He published 150 papers, 1 monograph and applied for over 40 patents. He received the second prize of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award from the China Invention Association, the IEEE ICEPT 2010 Outstanding Paper Award, and the ITERM 2004 Best Paper Award. He guided the graduate students to obtain honors such as Shanghai Excellent Graduate, Excellent Dissertation Award of Shanghai Society of Engineering Thermophysics, Internet plus Competition Shanghai Bronze Award, etc. He was elected as one of the world's top 2% scientists in the Lifetime achievement, as well as a highly cited scholar in China in 2023.

张恒运，博士生导师，上海高校特聘教授，IEEE高级会员。2001年获得新加坡南洋理工大学机械与制造工程博士学位，先后在新加坡微电子研究所、超微半导体等公司担任高级工程师与研究员，2014年聘任上海工程技术大学教授。担任ASME MNHMT 2016、 IEEE EPTC2014-2023、ISLBFS2021-2023国际会议技术委员会成员，主持和主要参与国家自然科学、上海科委项目、企业项目20多项。撰写专著1部，发表论文150篇，申请专利40多项。获得中国发明协会创业创新奖二等奖、IEEE ICEPT 2010杰出论文奖、ITHERM 2004最佳论文奖。指导研究生获得上海市优秀毕业生、上海市工程热物理学会优秀学位论文奖、互联网+大赛上海市铜奖等荣誉。入选全球2%顶尖科学家终身科学影响力榜单、以及2023中国高被引学者。
